Aluminum Frame Active Carbon Mesh Air Filter Activated Carbon Filter for Air Purifier, Air Conditioner

This physical adsorption filtration solution is specially developed for air purification equipment and air conditioning systems, featuring a composite structure of high-strength aluminum alloy frames and high-density activated carbon filter screens. The frame is treated with anodic oxidation and has excellent anti-deformation and anti-corrosion properties. The interior is filled with granular activated carbon medium. Through the optimized design of honeycomb-shaped air flow channels, it provides the maximum contact area for harmful gases while ensuring low air resistance.

The filter layer adopts a composite formula of coal-based activated carbon and modified alumina, which has a selective adsorption function for decoration pollutants such as formaldehyde and benzene series substances as well as odor molecules. The structural design complies with the mechanical performance requirements for gas filters in the EN779:2012 standard, and the frame is equipped with EPDM sealing strips to ensure zero air leakage.

This product is suitable for the pre-chemical filtration stage of household air purifiers, commercial fresh air systems and industrial-grade air handling units. It is particularly recommended for use in newly renovated environments, laboratory exhaust purification and odor control scenarios in food processing sites.
