Central air conditioning can clean the filter screens and nylon air filters for HVAC systems

This product adopts innovative self-cleaning technology and is specially designed for commercial and industrial HVAC systems to achieve automated cleaning and maintenance of filters. The system intelligently monitors the changes in the resistance of the filter screen and automatically initiates the high-pressure counter-flow cleaning program, effectively removing the particulate contaminants accumulated on the surface of the nylon primary filter screen and the metal filter cartridge.

Integrated with patented cyclone separation technology, it can separate and collect over 90% of the dust that falls off during the cleaning process, avoiding secondary pollution. Equipped with industrial-grade waterproof motors and anti-corrosion structures, it is suitable for harsh working conditions with high humidity and high dust.

The system supports three cleaning modes: timed cleaning, differential pressure triggered cleaning and manual forced cleaning. It is connected to the building automation system through 4-20mA signals or Modbus protocol to achieve centralized monitoring. After the filter screen is cleaned, the air resistance can be restored to more than 85% of the initial value, significantly extending the filter screen replacement cycle.
